If you are using the website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act on its behalf.

If you are under the age of legal capacity, you may use the website only as permitted by applicable law and with any required parental or guardian involvement.

4. Terms for Readers

4.1 Permitted Use

Readers may access, read, and use the publicly available content on Frontier Insights for personal, educational, research, and other lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You may share links to our publicly available articles and publication pages, provided that the sharing is lawful and does not misrepresent our content or imply an endorsement by Frontier Insights.

4.2 Restrictions on Content Use

Unless expressly permitted by us or authorised by applicable law, you must not:

  1. Reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our articles, e-tabloid editions, photographs, illustrations, or other protected content.

  2. Copy substantial portions of our content to another website, publication, database, or digital platform.

  3. Remove copyright notices, author credits, attribution, or other proprietary notices.

  4. Modify or present our content in a misleading manner.

  5. Use our content to impersonate Frontier Insights or falsely suggest that we endorse a product, service, organisation, or individual.

  6. Systematically download, scrape, crawl, or extract content for republication, resale, dataset creation, or commercial exploitation without appropriate authorisation, except where permitted by applicable law.

  7. Use automated systems in a manner that disrupts website operations, bypasses access restrictions, or infringes intellectual property rights.

  8. Interfere with the website's security, availability, or normal operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including applicable exceptions under copyright law.

4.3 Downloading E-Tabloid Editions

Where downloadable editions are available, readers may download them for personal reference, reading, and other lawful uses permitted by the relevant copyright terms.

Downloading a publication does not transfer ownership of the publication or its contents.

Redistribution, republication, commercial use, or reproduction of an entire edition or substantial portions of it requires appropriate permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

5. Terms for Contributors

This section applies to anyone who submits content to Frontier Insights for editorial consideration or publication.

5.1 Submission of Content

Contributors may submit articles, features, opinion pieces, research, interviews, photographs, illustrations, reports, or other materials through the submission methods made available by Frontier Insights.

Submission of content does not guarantee acceptance, publication, payment, promotion, or inclusion in any particular issue or edition.

We reserve the right to review, edit, accept, reject, defer, or remove submissions in accordance with our editorial standards and applicable law.

5.2 Originality and Ownership

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are the author or lawful rights holder of the submitted material, or you have obtained all permissions necessary to submit it.

  2. The material does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

  3. Any quotations, extracts, photographs, illustrations, research, or third-party materials are appropriately attributed and used with any permissions required by law.

  4. You have disclosed any relevant co-authorship, material conflicts of interest, or other circumstances that could affect the editorial assessment of the submission.

  5. The submission does not knowingly contain fabricated evidence, materially misleading information, unlawful threats, or other content prohibited by applicable law.

Contributors remain responsible for the accuracy, provenance, and lawful use of the materials they submit.

5.3 Editorial Review and Editing

Frontier Insights may, at its editorial discretion:

  • Correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and typographical errors.

  • Edit headlines, introductions, captions, and article structure.

  • Make reasonable changes to length, style, presentation, and readability.

  • Request clarifications, supporting sources, corrections, or revisions.

  • Add author biographies, captions, contextual notes, or editorial disclaimers.

  • Decline, postpone, or withdraw a submission.

We will seek to preserve the intended meaning of a contributor's work when editing it. Substantive changes may be referred to the contributor where appropriate.

We do not guarantee that every submission will be fact-checked to the same extent or by the same method. Contributors must provide reliable sources and supporting information where reasonably requested.

5.4 Copyright and Licence to Publish

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, contributors retain ownership of the copyright in their original submitted work.

By submitting content for consideration, contributors grant Frontier Insights a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to review, reproduce, edit, format, publish, display, distribute, and communicate the accepted content to the public through:

  • The Frontier Insights website.

  • Digital newsletters and e-tabloid editions.

  • Frontier Insights' official digital publication channels.

  • Promotional materials that identify or promote the published work.

  • Archival copies and publication records.

This licence includes the right to make technical and editorial adaptations reasonably necessary for publication, accessibility, formatting, distribution, and archiving.

Where reasonably necessary, Frontier Insights may authorise hosting, printing, email distribution, or other service providers to exercise the rights needed to deliver the publication.

The licence is non-exclusive and does not transfer copyright ownership to Frontier Insights. Any broader commercial exploitation, exclusive rights, print syndication, resale, or separate licensing arrangement should be covered by an additional written agreement.

Contributors should inform us before submission if their material is subject to an existing exclusive licence, embargo, or contractual restriction.

5.5 Author Attribution

Where appropriate, Frontier Insights may publish the contributor's name, professional designation, author biography, or other agreed identifying information alongside the work.

Contributors should provide accurate attribution details and notify us of any corrections.

We may omit or modify attribution for legitimate editorial, safety, legal, or formatting reasons, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

5.6 Accuracy, Sources, and Editorial Integrity

Contributors must take reasonable steps to ensure that factual claims are accurate and appropriately supported.

Submissions must not knowingly contain fabricated quotations, false citations, manipulated evidence, or misleading representations of another person's statements.

Where requested, contributors should disclose relevant source materials, verification details, conflicts of interest, sponsorships, or material relationships that may affect the presentation of the work.

Anonymous or confidential sources should be handled responsibly. Contributors must not disclose confidential information or identifying details without appropriate authority or lawful justification.

5.7 AI-Assisted and Previously Published Content

Contributors must disclose material AI-generated or AI-assisted content when requested by our editorial team or where disclosure is required by our submission guidelines or applicable law.

Contributors remain responsible for the accuracy, originality, attribution, and lawful use of submitted material, regardless of the tools used to create it.

Previously published, syndicated, sponsored, or simultaneously submitted content must be identified when submitted. Contributors must have the rights necessary to authorise our intended publication.

We may reject content that fails to meet our editorial standards or applicable legal requirements.

5.8 Contributor Payments and Expenses

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, submission or publication does not create an entitlement to a fee, honorarium, reimbursement, commission, royalty, or other payment.

Any agreed payment, reimbursement, exclusivity, embargo, or commercial arrangement will be governed by the relevant written agreement.

Contributors are responsible for disclosing and addressing any applicable tax obligations arising from payments received.

5.9 Withdrawal of Submissions

A contributor may request withdrawal of an unpublished submission by contacting our editorial team.

We will consider reasonable withdrawal requests, but cannot guarantee withdrawal once content has entered production, distribution, printing, email delivery, or another publication process.

Removal of already published material is subject to editorial review, applicable law, third-party rights, and any separate written agreement.

Where content is removed, previously distributed newsletters, downloaded editions, cached copies, and lawful third-party archives may continue to exist.

5.10 Contributor Responsibility

Contributors are responsible for their submissions and for obtaining necessary permissions, releases, and supporting documentation.

To the extent permitted by law, contributors may be responsible for losses or claims directly arising from their material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful submissions.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or transferred.

6. Terms for Subscribers

6.1 Subscription Services

Frontier Insights may allow visitors to subscribe to newsletters, e-tabloid editions, editorial updates, or other publication-related communications.

By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the subscription service for lawful purposes.

Subscription services may be free or paid if such options are introduced and expressly described on the relevant subscription page.

6.2 Email Communications

Subscribers may receive the publications or communications they have requested, including newsletters, new-issue announcements, article updates, and related editorial information.

We may use third-party email or newsletter service providers to deliver these communications.

The frequency and format of communications may vary. We do not guarantee a particular publication schedule unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6.3 Unsubscribing

You may unsubscribe from recurring newsletters or promotional communications using the unsubscribe link provided in the relevant email, where available, or by contacting editor@frontierinsights.in.

We will process unsubscribe requests within the period required by applicable law.

Unsubscribing from newsletters does not necessarily cancel a separate service or prevent necessary administrative, security, or transactional communications.

6.4 Subscription Accuracy and Security

You must not use another person's email address or contact details without proper authority.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for informing us if you believe your subscription has been created or used without authorisation.

We may suspend or cancel subscriptions associated with spam, fraudulent activity, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

6.5 Changes to Subscription Services

We may modify the format, frequency, delivery method, or availability of subscription services.

Where a paid subscription is offered in the future, the applicable price, duration, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions will be disclosed separately before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms authorises an undisclosed charge or removes rights that consumers have under applicable law.

7. Editorial Independence and Content Standards

Frontier Insights seeks to publish content in accordance with its editorial objectives and applicable legal requirements.

We reserve editorial discretion over publication selection, headlines, presentation, placement, corrections, updates, and removal of content.

Publication of an article does not necessarily mean that Frontier Insights endorses every opinion expressed by its author or every position held by a person quoted in it.

Opinion pieces and contributor submissions may reflect the views of their respective authors. Where appropriate, we may identify such content as opinion, analysis, sponsored material, or another relevant category.

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, discriminatory, deceptive, or inconsistent with our editorial standards.

8. Accuracy, Corrections, and Updates

We aim to publish information responsibly and to correct material errors when they are brought to our attention and verified.

However, editorial content may contain inadvertent errors, omissions, outdated information, disputed interpretations, or information that changes after publication.

We may update, clarify, correct, annotate, or remove published material where appropriate.

Readers and contributors may report a suspected error by contacting editor@frontierinsights.in and providing the article URL, a description of the concern, and supporting information where available.

We will review such requests in accordance with our editorial procedures and applicable law. A request for correction or removal does not automatically guarantee that the requested change will be made.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, the Frontier Insights name, branding, website design, original editorial content, graphics, layouts, and other materials made available on the website are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

You may not reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit protected materials beyond the permissions granted here or those available under applicable law.

Third-party names, logos, photographs, quotations, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not necessarily imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

If you believe that material on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with:

  • Your name and contact information.

  • The URL or location of the material in question.

  • Details of the rights you believe have been infringed.

  • Evidence of ownership or authority to act, where applicable.

  • The action you are requesting and any other relevant information.

We may request additional information before assessing the complaint and taking appropriate action.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Frontier Insights to:

  1. Violate applicable laws or regulations.

  2. Submit or distribute content that unlawfully infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

  3. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

  4. Send spam, malicious links, fraudulent messages, or unsolicited bulk communications.

  5. Attempt unauthorised access to the website, hosting systems, accounts, or databases.

  6. Introduce malware, harmful code, or other material intended to disrupt or compromise systems.

  7. Interfere with website operations or impose unreasonable technical loads.

  8. Misrepresent editorial content, fabricate attribution, or falsely claim that an article was published or endorsed by Frontier Insights.

  9. Use contact or submission forms for harassment, unlawful threats, or abusive conduct.

  10. Engage in any other conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including restricting access, removing submissions, suspending subscriptions, or referring matters to competent authorities where legally appropriate.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of Frontier Insights is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at:

https://frontierinsights.in/privacy-policy/

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information, as well as the choices and rights available to individuals under applicable law.

Where required, we will obtain consent separately for specific data-processing activities.

If the Privacy Policy is published at a different URL, the actual link displayed on the website should be used.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to external websites, social media platforms, embedded content, document repositories, or other third-party services.

These resources are provided for convenience or informational purposes. We do not control all third-party content, security practices, availability, or privacy policies.

Accessing third-party websites or services is at your own discretion and is subject to their applicable terms.

Frontier Insights is not responsible for third-party websites or services merely because they are linked to or embedded in our website, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Advertising, Sponsorships, and Commercial Content

Frontier Insights may introduce advertisements, sponsored articles, promotional features, affiliate links, or other commercial arrangements.

Where applicable, we aim to identify paid or sponsored content appropriately and distinguish it from independent editorial content.

Any commercial relationship will be subject to relevant disclosures, contractual terms, and applicable law.

The presence of an advertisement or sponsored item does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by Frontier Insights of the advertised product, service, or organisation.

14. Website Availability and Technical Changes

We aim to keep the website accessible and functional. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, hosting issues, technical failures, security incidents, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features, content formats, or services where reasonably necessary.

We will not be responsible for every interruption or technical issue, but nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

  • The website will always be available or error-free.

  • Every article will be complete, current, or free from inadvertent error.

  • Every external link will remain operational.

  • The website will be compatible with every device, browser, or software environment.

  • All technical defects or security vulnerabilities can be identified or eliminated.

This disclaimer does not remove any mandatory consumer rights or other protections available under applicable law.

16. Informational and Editorial Disclaimer

Content published by Frontier Insights is generally intended for news, information, commentary, research, and educational purposes.

Articles concerning security, governance, public policy, international affairs, law, economics, technology, or other specialised subjects should not automatically be treated as professional advice or as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Readers should independently assess information relevant to their circumstances and consult appropriate professionals or authoritative sources where necessary.

Opinions, forecasts, interpretations, and analytical assessments may change as additional information becomes available.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Frontier Insights will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or its content.

This provision does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Where a particular limitation is unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent legally permitted.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for reasonable losses, damages, and costs arising directly from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

This provision applies particularly where a contributor submits material without the necessary rights or permissions.

Any claim for indemnification will be subject to applicable law, the facts of the matter, and any contractual arrangements that govern the relevant relationship.

Nothing in this section creates liability where the law does not permit it or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the website, reject submissions, discontinue subscriptions, or remove content where reasonably necessary to:

  • Enforce these Terms.

  • Protect website security and operational integrity.

  • Address unlawful or infringing material.

  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse.

  • Comply with legal obligations or lawful directions.

  • Protect the rights of Frontier Insights, contributors, readers, or other affected parties.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before taking action.

Termination does not automatically extinguish rights or obligations that accrued before termination. Intellectual property rights, applicable licences for already published content, payment obligations under separate agreements, and provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply as appropriate.

20. Force Majeure

Frontier Insights will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, major internet or telecommunications failures, hosting outages, cyberattacks, government restrictions, civil disturbances, or other comparable events.

We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services when practicable.

This provision does not excuse obligations that cannot lawfully be suspended or excluded.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our publication, website features, business arrangements, security practices, or legal obligations.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Where a change materially affects an existing contractual arrangement or requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will take the steps required by law.

We encourage readers, contributors, and subscribers to review these Terms periodically.

22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of any competent statutory or regulatory authority, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guwahati, Assam, India, where such courts have jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer or other entitled person from exercising a right to approach a forum or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or interpreted to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, where legally possible.

If it cannot be made enforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

24. No Waiver

Failure or delay by Frontier Insights in exercising a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Any waiver must be assessed in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances in which it is given.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular service or written agreement, govern the relevant use of Frontier Insights.

Where a separate written agreement with a contributor or commercial partner expressly addresses a specific matter, that agreement will govern the matter to the extent of any valid inconsistency.

Nothing in this section overrides mandatory rights or obligations under applicable law.
